I don’t always soil my plants! Coco Coir or Coconut fibre is a waste product of the coconut industry, and a great natural renewable option as part of a gardening soil mix, or as a soilless growing medium. Here is a quick video on expanding a coco-coir block with water. Make sure you have a large enough container to hold it as it expands a lot!
